Study Pathways
Upon successful completion of the Certificate III in Business (BSB30120), students may choose to continue their studies to further develop their skills and knowledge in business and related fields.
Possible study pathways include:
- Certificate IV in Business
- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
- Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business
- Diploma of Business
- Certificate IV in Health Administration
- Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting
Entry Requirements
Eligibility for Subsidised Training:
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen; OR
- A permanent Australian resident; OR
- An eligible visa holder (Check the Skills SA website for the full list of eligible visa subclasses).
- Reside in South Australia
Additional Criteria:
- Enrolled in Year 10, 11, 12 or 13 and be 16 years of age or turning 16 years of age in the current year of that enrolment,
- And undertaking SACE or equivalent and,
- Satisfactory completion of Year 9 or equivalent schooling OR Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 1
- Have completed a preparatory VET pathway – please refer, VET for School Students Approved Evidence for Completion of a Relevant VET Pathway Guide, (available from your VET Coordinator)
- Upfront Assessment of Need (UAN) – checks eligibility and readiness
- Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital (LLND) assessment
RPL and Credit Transfer:
- Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer can be requested for this qualification.

- Personal computer capable of being connected to the internet using a Wi-Fi connection
