This nationally recognised qualification (SIT40521) equips you with a versatile set of cookery skills and in-depth knowledge of kitchen operations to create delicious dishes and exciting menu items. For eligible students, this training is delivered with South Australian Government funding. Step into the kitchen with confidence, exercising your creativity and judgment, as you gain independence and hands-on experience in a dynamic culinary environment. With guidance from industry experts, you’ll master the art of cookery and develop the skills to thrive in a professional kitchen. Upon successful completion, participants will be issued a Certificate IV in Kitchen Management by Alliance College (RTO: 0137).
