We have ongoing and exciting events open to the public throughout the year, where our Commercial Cookery and Hospitality students can partially complete their placement on campus. They integrate theory and practice to fully gain the knowledge and apply new found skills. While working at Alliance College’s training premises, students are supervised and mentored by our fully qualified training staff, who had rich experiences in the industry.
