General regulatory and advisory information issued by local, or state and territory liquor licensing authorities
Read a range of identification (ID) and proof of age documents, statutory signage, and warning signs and wording within in house policies and procedures
Provide complex information on responsible service of alcohol laws in a way that is easily understandable for customers
Speak firmly and clearly with intoxicated customers in a manner that de-escalates conflict
Measure and calculate standard drinks or samples
Determine customer’s age from date of birth on ID and proof of age documents
Source relevant information on laws, regulations and codes of practice or conduct relating to responsible service of alcohol and continuously update knowledge of changes in that information
Share customer information with team members to ensure proper responsible service of alcohol practices within the organisation
Deal with hostile and uncooperative customers in a professional manner and in line with organisational procedures
Course Overview
Those selling or serving alcohol may include food and beverage attendants; packaged liquor sales persons selling in person, over the phone or online; winery, brewery and distillery cellar door staff; and supplier sales representatives. The unit also applies to security staff who monitor customer behaviour and to the licensee who is ultimately responsible for RSA management.

PTE (Pearson Test of English) is a computer-based academic English language test aimed at non-native English speakers and gaining popularity among overseas people in Australia and other countries for the purposes of study, visa and migration applications.
In a small face-to-face class, you’ll enhance your preparation by gaining knowledge about the exam format, score guideline, proven tips and strategies, guided study-plan and feedback, all by our experts! You will also have access to an online platform, so you can self-study at home with PTE mock tests. With a four-week duration, you’ll have classes every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm to 5pm in order to get your desired score.

Course Overview
The HLTAID First Aid course standards were developed to provide a set of robust, industry-supported standards for people employed as first-aiders and those with a duty of care to provide first aid to others. This includes workers with a duty of care for vulnerable clients, childcare educators, teachers, emergency services personnel, workers in hazardous environments and nominated workplace first aiders. It applies to all persons who may be required to provide a first aid response and perform CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings
